Ingredients

    1 can Pineapple, unsweetened
    1 container of any flavor yogurt
    1 cup Black Currant juice (or Pomegranate -- anything with high antioxidants and NO ADDED SUGAR)
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
    1 medium banana
    ice cubes

Directions

In blender place all ingredients and -- if the blender has room -- some ice. Blend it all -- serves 5 to 6.
