Ingredients

4 bacon slices, diced
1 1/4 cups onion,diced
4 cups potato, unpeeled and grated
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup carrot grated
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
2 cups 1% milk
1 can (14oz) creamed corn
1 can(14 oz) kernel corn
2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Saute bacon and onion in a large saucepan until onion is soft, Do not drain. Add potato, broth carrot pepper and celery salt. Stir. Cover and cook until potato and carrot are tender, Do not drain Add milk and corn stir to heat through. Garnish individual servings with parsley. Serves 10 (1 cup)
