IntroductionI bought a Papa Murphy Mediterrean Pizza and decided to make it myself with less fat and calories! We LOVE pizza and become very fond of the Alfredo kind, it is the BEST! 1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 t. sugar and salt
1 t. dry yeast
3/4 cup water (hot tap)
1 T. Olive Oil
1 t. dried Italian herbs (your choice, I use Tuscany Blend Bread dipping seasoning)
Classico or Ragu Light (I prefer the Classico Sun dried tomato)
12 oz grilled chicken breast, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, steamed in micro for about 1 minute
1 8 oz pkg Italian Blend 2% Cheese
6 oz Feta Mediterrean Herb Cheese
Sundried tomatoes, julienne cut, dried, not in oil
Red onion, sliced thin
Roll out two crust onto stones, sprayed with Pam.
Spray crust with Pam
Half Alfredo sauce onto pizzas
Place the rest of the toppings, except cheeses, on pizzas and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Add cheese and bake 10 more minutes, removing before cheese browns. Slice into 16 slices.
