Peanut Butter Choco-Chip Cookies
Since my family has a history of diabetes, I tend to substitute for sugar a lot, even in established recipes. It's sometimes hard to remember what works, but this is one of my favourite variations. Makes a great low-carb snack for people with a sweet tooth like me!
