No bake granola bars with Enjoy Life chocolate chips
This is a very flexible recipe. Use 1 cup oatmeal, then 1 cup of any add-ins: nuts, chips, coconut, dried fruit. Note: I used Enjoy Life dairy and gluten free chips, but could not get that ingredient to come up to add to the list
