Gorton pork spread, (pate), AKA Canadian Cretons
This is a full fat recipe that allows a more spreadable result. For lower fat, pork can be drained prior to adding additional ingredients and omitting leaf lard. Taste will be the same but product will spread more crumbily. This can also be made with ground turkey.
