I make something very similar almost every morning with 2 egg whites and any kind of bread product I have on hand. Hamburger buns, pita bread, you name it. I also use low-fat singles but no bacon (I'm not a big fan). I find the eggs really fill me up and keep me going till lunchtime. Submitted by:
