A very tasty low calorie easy to make treat for yourself.
My mom has made hard candy at Christmas for as long as I can remember. If you don't have the molds, you can make a little pan out of aluminum foil and coat with (not so healthy) powdered sugar or...(you fill in the blank). Let harden and then put a towel over it and break it with a hammer!
My mom used to make suckers for us when we were kids. I just got some sucker molds and was overwhelmed by the thermometer and stuff. this looks doable and I know how many calories too. I am going to try this
