This cake might be good but the calorie count is way off. There are 1440 total calories in a box of dry Spice cake mix, before anything else. Divided by 16 that means there are 90 calories per serving, add in everything else and you are well over 200 calories per piece.
delicious!!! we made it with a traditional cream cheese frosting (8oz. low-fat cream cheese, 1c. powdered sugar, 1.5 t. vanilla) and its moist and wonderful.
There is no oil in the ingredient list or in the calorie count. I'm confused with the directions - what do you do with the applesauce? This sounds really good but I'm afraid I would screw it up!
