Very salty, didn't seem low in sodium or fat since you use boxed scalloped potatoes
Make it with lean HB and it wasn't as salty. Good easy comfort food for East Texas
Made last night...EXCELLENT! I made it with turkey smoked sausage instead of ham so it wasn't as salty but it was still YUMMY!
It was good - but the ham made it all too salty. Maybe I'll try rinsing the ham steaks next time, or buying a less-salty type of ham?
