Nutrition & Calorie Comments

That's a lot of sodium for anyone trying to cut back on it.
Everything but the beans. That's carbs on top of carbs.
Can I tell a tiny secret? If you buy vegetarian refried beans instead of fat-free, there is no animal fat at all in the entire can, instead of simply no fat per serving. They are just as tasty, especially in a recipe like this. :-)
I made this recipe for our meal tonight. I love the recipe and the low calories. I made mine with fat free cheese and used Rotel tomatoes. I had enough left for a few days. Hoping my grandsons may stop by so I can get them to help finish it.
This is definitely a recipe I will try. It looks so delicious. I will use fresh tomatoes instead of canned and a lesser amount of cheese to reduce the calories a little more.
