for low carbers 13 carbs is a lot. Most of us do 22 for the day..so not all sparkers can do that. not sure why it is in the low carb section.
The original recipe that you submitted and I downloaded on 9/18 was incomplete. I see the new recipe has additional items. Am in the process of making a batch and noticed that the Promise fat free butter was not included in the instructions so I did not know when to add it. Dissapointed due to error
I says it makes 2 dozen cookies. It's just saying that 3 cookies = 150 calories, so it's not going to blow you're diet if you decide to eat 3. I might try to make them and see how they are...
