Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Good flavor (added a squirt of honey), but light and sort of not-much-there. All egg white, they rise in the oven like a souflee and then fall. I wonder if there's a way to make them a bit more substantial without adding too many calories.
Substituted chocolate protein powder and added some dark chocolate shavings. Taste was a little bland, would add more bananas and stevia next time to sweeten it up a bit.
