Thanks for a creative recipe! I had never tried cottage cheese and oatmeal in one bowl. It was great to get my pumpkin fix and a bunch of protein all at once. I put some brown sugar on top.
This was good, I think it would have been better for me if I added brown sugar like it said, but did not have that so used agave. I am also a picky eater and do not care for cottage cheese, but it was good and I will make it again.
