Tasty and low sodium
Tasty but I think this twist from my local authentic Mexican place is better. Insead of water, cook the rice in low sodium chicken broth. But before cooking the rice, Quadruple the cilantro, put the broth and cilalntro into a blender to purify the cilantro,then cook the rice in that. Yum!
