Ground Turkey Meat Recipes

I created this recipe from a few different ones I found when looking for something to do with spaghetti squash. The sweet potato in the tomato sauce really makes a difference!

This is a remake of SpoonGirlDeb’s Baked Spaghetti Squash with Ground Turkey Meat Sauce recipe. I added mushrooms, olives, an extra tablespoon of olive oil, some grated Parmesan cheese and leaner turkey. I also increased the number of servings. If you like this, give SpoonGirlDeb applause!

The addition of bruschetta to this meat loaf gives it a nice taste boost.

450 g of extra lean ground turkey with 340 g of veggie ground round and taco seasoning mix
