Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    *Mrs Dash Taco Seasoning Mix, 12 tbsp= 2 packets
    *Trader Joes Butcher Shop - Ground Turkey Breast 99% Fat Free (4 oz), 2 lbs.
    *Onion Powder, 1 tbsp
    *Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 large chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove chopped




Tips

Variations you can add veggies like carrots peas or corn to stretch it out if you want just make sure to add into ingredients. I freeze 4oz in snack packs zip locks for lunches or dinners. Makes for quick and easy meals.


Directions

Add olive oil chopped onions & garlic saute til translucent. Add 2lbs of ground turkey and brown, once browned add Mrs. Dash Taco Mix, Onion & garlic powder and simmer for 15 mins. stir occassionally to make sure it doesn't stick.
