Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Does anyone know how much sugar is in this recipe. I have to watch.
I can't do dairy either. Is there such a thing as a vegetable protein shake powder???
hhhuum, I can't do dairy (whey), guess I could do a vegetable protein shake powder, right? This sounds great. I've been looking for a post workout - quick protein - pick up. Thank you so much to who ever posted this.
yumm great with fat free greek yogurt cant do soy... !!been making this every summer great with fresh picked strawberries .
i love pure protein and cannot wait to try this, im going to walmart tomorrow for the ingredients!!
I substitute Reduced Fat Ricotta for tofu...it also cuts the calories.
I'm excited to see another use for protein powder. Looks like chocolate chips were added in the photo and I think that would be a tasty addition.
