Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The meat was wonderful, had a great flavor & was very tender. We didn't like the vegetables, they were too soft & mushy. You also need to make sure you trim all fat before cooking (which I didn't do) & there was a lot of grease and fat. I'll trim next time, omit veggies except for the onion.
