Nutrition & Calorie Comments

My husband just loves this. He says the skin is fabulous. I don't put any spices on but salt and pepper.

It sets off our smoke detector, next time I will try it with veg. oil and just put a little butter on in the end for flavor. Couldn't be simpler or better-tasting!.
Didn't use salt used pepper and garlic powder instead. Making these with only thighs. Delicious will make this again
Used olive oil instead of butter on this. Used salt, pepper and chili lime seasoning, this was fantastic and the whole family loved it! Cut the leg meat off and put it in some ramen noodles for lunch the day after YUM!
Turned out very nice. The carb level is fantastic.
The carb level is fantastic given the BBQ flavor. Penzey's rocks.
