Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Will make this and serve w. some green veggies instead of on a bun. I will also cut out half the rice so that it's not so carb heavy. I'm sure it will taste great on a night when you want something a little different. :)
May be quick, but not very healthy

I understand the concept of cutting down on fat but rice on bread? That doesn't sound good to me.
This is one very carb-heavy entree. Obviously, Uncle Ben's is a sponsor.
This is surprisingly good. The mixture is thicker than most sloppy joes so we put it on sandwich thins. We also left out the salt and it didn't taste bland.
