Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I was able to squeeze over 40 cookies out of this recipe by dropping them from the tradtional 'tea spoon' (not tsp), making each cookie about 2" in diameter. A little more reasonable size for a healthy diet. I also substituted Stevia for the granulated sugar, bringing the calories down a little more
