I would use lowfat cheese and make my own brown rice to lower the fat and sodium content.
Are you kidding? Look at the sodium content and the calorie count... This is NOT a healthy recipe.
I just want to cry when I see a recipe that looks like it would be so good and then read the nutritional information and know that I can't even try it. The sodium content is almost my limit for the whole day. I hope someone can do a make over for this that has a little more reasonable stats!
