Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made this with white navy beans, because that's what I had. I used low sodium taco seasoning & a mixture of cheddar & mozzarella shredded cheese. For me, this cried out for diced tomatoes, so I added a can of no salt diced tomatoes. When the cheese was melted, I dove in and, it was GREAT!
I didn't add the beans this time but it was incredibly good anyway. It's much better than the boxed/high sodium hamburger helper!
