Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Nice recipe but some sodium.
To much sodium for me! I am on a low sodium diet and these types of meals would put me over my daily limit
I cut the tempeh thinner because I prefer it that way. This was really really good. I served it on kaiser rolls with a vinegar based coleslaw right on the bun for some "down home" bbq. Hah! Tempeh is a great grain product to work with. I also made my own bbq sauce so the sodium was probably lower.
