Gina's Skinny Recipes Make-Over Breakfast Strata
This was a recipe request emailed to me by one of my readers who wanted a make-ahead casserole for Christmas day. I'll be the first to admit, I've never had a breakfast strata, so I'm not sure if I'm the best person to judge this dish, but I served it to my non-dieting husband and he loved it and thought is was worth sharing. You can easily sway out the mushrooms for asparagus or bell peppers.
