Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I followed the recipe exactly. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but the vanilla wafers floated to the top while baking. When I took them out of the oven, they looked like poached eggs! In future, I will cut the sugar by a third or half and try graham crackers as others suggested instead of wafers.
If you exchange the sugar for splenda, the cream cheese for tofu and the vanilla wafers for 18 graham crackers you end up with an Under 100 Calorie Cheese cake.....Add a couple tablespoons of coco powder and you get a chocolate cheesecake.
Delicious! I omitted the 1/2c sugar and used mixed berry whipped cream cheese. My son liked them and had no idea he was eating healthy.
By using a package of neufachetal cheese, you will save 19 calories and 2.5 g fat per serving while adding more protein and carbs!!
