Drop the carbs and use grated parmesan -- better in all ways! Submitted by:

Wonderful recipe. Used some Penzey's Ruth Ann Muskego seasoning along with suggested chives and parsley, and lemon juice. Used only 3 tabs panko plus 1 tab. low fat Pamesan for the crumbs. I have another similar recipe that called for Parmesan. Very good. A favorite. So easy and fast. Submitted by:

This is good but I enjoy plain salmon so much that I think I will save the calories and just grill it. Submitted by:

Very good recipie! I used dilled mustard from Ikea and Panko breadcrumbs - yummy!
I creamed the leftover salmon from dinner with a little more mustard, some mayo, salt, pepper & a drizzle of honey for a lovely salmon salad.

Fantastic! Our family loved it. We only had one salmon recipe, salmon florentine, which was high fat, that our family all agreed on. We now have our second recipe that we all love. Thank you so much for sharing! We can't wait to try it again and again!!!! Submitted by:

I thought the Salmon turned out fantastic! I used panko crumbs, a bit of soy sauce, lemon juice, asian spices, and some garlic salt & dill. Fish was moist...topping was crispy & the family loved it! Served with Spaghetti squash & a side salad :) Submitted by:

Made this tonight and my bf and I absolutely loved it. Loads of flavor for little calories! We had it with brown rice and mixed veggies. We'll definitely make this again. It was delicious and extremely easy to make. Thanks for sharing this recipe with us! Submitted by:
