WOW!! Are you kidding me? Those are fantastic! Crumbly, sweet, delicious! I added 1tbs water. I only count 62 total carbs in this recipe. My almond flour says 6 carbs per 1/4 cup for 36. Then 1c splenda is 24 carbs,then the 2 more for the other 2 tbsp. 62. I don't get the 87.. But this is a keeper.
These seem delicate, very light! Really do meet sweet tooth-itis! Perfect for my teenage daughter who is on sugarfree diet! 8 - 9 min bake time for me. I divide dough into 20 pieces when it is good and cold, and then roll each piece.
Any recipe of a Low Carb Snickerdoodle has got to be good!
