Great recipe! Tastes like it's from a restaurant. I too, used ground turkey instead of beef and low-fat ricotta. I also used Hunts spaghetti sauce and spiced it up myself since some sauces can be very caloric. I also am going to use this calorie count instead of entering it myself.
