This recipe is incredible! Didn't think it was possible to make a sugar-less brittle!! I have a wicked nut allergy so peanuts (any nut) is out with the weird exception of walnuts & coconut. I put these in the brittle recipe and was in HEAVEN!! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

This is really good. I didn't have a candy thermometer and ended up with a taffy like product, which is still good. I researched Splenda Brown, and the calorie/carb/sugar counts are almost the same as brown sugar (1 cup = 800 calories vs 836 for sugar), so I will use brown sugar in future.
