Sub Truvia for the sugar and I love this vinegar version of cole slaw. Refreshing.
I did one teaspoon of sugar which was enough. I also added red onion and red pepper for color. I couldn't reach the cider vinegar lol.. (DH wasn't around) so I used rice vinegar. Very tasty and colorful.
I substitute Splenda for sugar
this is almost identical to the way that I make slaw and most people love it. About the only difference is that I use more vinegar and when watching calories or sugar will use Splenda instead of the sugar
