this sounds delish! i will add some diced tomatoes too. cant wait to try. also.. if you have a george forman grill or likewise..put the salmon on that to reduce some of the fat. an 8oz salmon filet should cook up in 6 or 7 min. and just cook the prawns in with the sauce(or buy precooked)
