Good recipe.Be sure to use kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper.I also add some freshly chopped flat leaf parsley and a bit of chopped roasted red pepper(for color and taste).Using panko bread crumbs gives a better texture-not to mention the less grittiness of commercial bread crumbs.Try it-
Yum! The only change I made was replacing the breadcrumbs with pulverized FiberOne cereal - more fiber and a little sweeter.
really liked these; nice and crabby; my son was suspicious and he had a second (he's allowed more calories than I am)
yum! these were very good... i tried them last night, for supper! i did not add any salt or pepper to mine...they tasted great! will definately make again soon!
