Applesauce makes this cake healthier than your regular cake.
This is a variation of a muffin recipe by STORMY96. I am lactose intolerant and most oil and sugar substitutes make a bad reaction. I like organic choices too. The result was super delicious tho.
To save 30 calories and 3 grams of fat per muffin, use 1 cup of egg substitute in place fo the 4 eggs.
These are really large muffins, meant to be eaten as a meal on their own.Or, you can use the small muffin pans to make 16 mini muffins.

These wholewheat muffins are made with rolled oats, shredded carrots, and unsweetened applesauce - I substitue Splenda for Brown Sugar - but you can tell the difference in taste

Loaded with carrots with added whole wheat goodness with no oil or butter in the recipe!
