Introduction
This is a variation of a muffin recipe by STORMY96. I am lactose intolerant and most oil and sugar substitutes make a bad reaction. I like organic choices too. The result was super delicious tho. Ingredients

1 cup Lactaid 2% Milk
3 cup Cascadian Farm Organic Raisin Bran (by SMILEYRUG)
2 oz Carrots grated (1 cup). (by LIZZBLIZZ4)
4 tbsp Land o Lakes butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
16 oz Whitehouse Natural Plus Apple Sauce (by BONNIEBELLE2)
1 serving 365 Vanilla Extract, Organic (by WETPAWS2)
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
150 gram One Degree organic sprouted whole wheat flour (by KYIREL)
2 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
2 tsp Turbino raw sugar (by LADYBUG127)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1.25 tsp Baking Powder
10 gram(s) 365 Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 serving = 1/2 cup dry (40g) (by DS1222)
Tips
Tulip baking cups are a nice touch for presentation. The tops tend to spread out.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Add all wet ingredients in a mix bag. Set aside for five minutes. Lightly salt. Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients except for the oats and Turbino. Blend dry and wet mix. Spray muffin pan with Butter spray. Spoon in blend. Sprinkle with oats, light salt and Turbino sugar.
Bake for 25 minutes. Spray with butter spray and let cool for five minutes. Serve with Oikos Greek yogurt and peaches.
