Tastes amazing! I substituted brown sugar with maple syrup.
Made this for dinner last night and BOY was it salty!! I didn't use the garlic or the onion since I didn't have any, and I used low sodium soy sauce.
I'm a vegetarian but made this for my husband and he loved it. Said it was very tasty and a make again. I used half the soy sauce, brown sugar and olive oil to trim off some calories and sodium. Thanks for a great marinade....I wonder how it would taste with tofu?
