i agree that this was bland. i made it with asparagus instead of broccoli--LOTS of asparagus--and i think lemon and fresh herbs would do wonders for the flavor. but delicious and healthy, and easy to prepare. will make it again. - 6/16/10

I am sorry but this was not good. BLAND!!! I added extra broccoli, 5 cloves of garlic , homemade flavorful Italian seasonings and ended up using about a cup of wine. BORING-- by adding some Light Kraft Asian dressing I was able to doctor it up. With that, finally we had flavor!!!!!!! - 4/28/08

It was good, but it needed something extra. I had to add pancetta...probably not the best choice but it was great! - 4/16/07

I may try this and add some spices so it's not too bland. I will rate it when I do. - 2/23/19

Started the recipe the same, but after the fish also added 2 cloves garlic, 4 mushrooms sliced, handful of frozen peas. I doubled the wine and simmered for a few minutes. Added pasta to the pan, and stirred. Add 2 big dollops natural yog and few squirts of lemon. Stir and serve with parm cheese. - 4/1/13

needed alot of salt, pepper, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese to be palatable.....not sure I would call this a "garlic wine sauce" either.....not much sauce there. - 6/29/12

    Incredible!
My Wife and I loved this recipe!! I did alter it a bit because she does not enjoy garlic to much, and we did not have the Pino, but it was great. I did season the fish with Nature's Seasoning while it was cooking in the pan, and we made steamed Asparagus to go along as a side dish. Add Frank's as wl - 5/15/11

I love tilapia and would also add more veggies but the alcohol cooks out leaving a distinct flavoring but for TZH, use broth instead or just lemon juice-its only intention is to reduce the fishy taste! - 4/27/08

I don't cook but tilapia is my favorite fish. Due to dietary restrictions I would have to cut down on the spices. Someone above suggested adding capers (which I also love) to it. My pasta preference is angel hair. I think we just made the perfect meal - atleast for me. Thx for the recipe! - 4/26/08

I would not make this recipe as it uses wine in it. I do not use alcohol in my recipes. I use imitation vanilla flavoring as real vanilla flavoring has a lot of alchol in it. Not unless I were to substitute wine for water or fish broth. - 4/26/08
