Introduction

Ingredients

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (can substitute butter or oil of preference)
2 tilapia fillets (1/2 lb or 8 oz)
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli florettes
1 fl oz Pino Grigio (can substitute for other white wine)
4 cups bowtie noodles (or noddle of preference)
1 garlic clove, minced
Italian seasonings
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions
Boil water and bowtie noodles in sauce pan.
Brown onion using half of olive oil in a large frying pan and set aside.
Using remaining olive oil, cook tilapia in the frying pan until opaque and flaky.
Using a spatula, separate the tilapia into small pieces.
Add onion and garlic and mix thoroughly.
Add broccoli, seasoning, salt, pepper and wine.
Mix in the noodles.
Enjoy!

Started the recipe the same, but after the fish also added 2 cloves garlic, 4 mushrooms sliced, handful of frozen peas. I doubled the wine and simmered for a few minutes. Added pasta to the pan, and stirred. Add 2 big dollops natural yog and few squirts of lemon. Stir and serve with parm cheese. - 4/1/13

My Wife and I loved this recipe!! I did alter it a bit because she does not enjoy garlic to much, and we did not have the Pino, but it was great. I did season the fish with Nature's Seasoning while it was cooking in the pan, and we made steamed Asparagus to go along as a side dish. Add Frank's as wl - 5/15/11
