Maple Country Turkey Sausage Patties
These sausage patties are a healthy version of eating breakfast sausages and dipping them into syrup. Yum! Rachael Ray had this recipe on one of her shows. This is an adapted and leaned out version. This is perfect for making on the weekends, then reheating for quick weekday breakfasts. My friend Jill uses her leftovers for a lunch wrap. To the sausage patty, she adds feta cheese, lettuce and puts it all together in a wrap or tortilla.
