Ingredients

    8 oz water, heated
    1 packet Herb Ox Sodium Free Instant Broth & Seasoning Chicken Bouillon
    19.2 oz Kroger Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 99% Fat Free
    1/2 tsp Tastefully Simple Everyday Grilling Seasoning
    1 Tbsp Tastefully Simple Italian Garlic Bread Seasoning

Tips

I usually will make a double batch of these and then freeze them. Net weight after cooking is about 1 - 1.3 oz. I will eat two of them for breakfast.


Directions

Heat water. Mix with chicken bouillon in large bowl. Add turkey breast and seasonings. Mix well. Let sit for approximately 15- 20 minutes for meat to absorb some the excess water. Form sausage patties using 1.75 oz of meat mixture. Place into a non-stick skillet and cook until browned on both sides and thoroughly cooked. Approximately 5 minutes per side.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 10 oz patties (weight after cooking)
