Introduction

A breakfast favorite for that sausage taste w/o the calories. Freeze back for breakfast through the week or cook loose (no patties) and use with egg whites. Ingredients

    ground turkey, all white, 97/3, 1 pound
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves (minced)
    Egg Whites, 1
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Sage, ground, 1/8 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Form into patties and cook in a medium hot skillet. Optional would be to broil.
