Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp dried sage
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp maple syrup

Directions

In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients.

In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, maple syrup and dry ingredients until well blended.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.

Form the turkey sausage into patties and fry until browned on one side. Turn patties and reduce the heat to med-low. This ensures the patties are cooked through without being overly brown. Cook until no longer pink in the center.
