Ingredients

    1.25lb pkg of Jenni-O Ground Turkey Breast
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp ground chipotle pepper
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tbs rice wine vinegar

Tips

You can add red pepper red flakes to help give this more spice if desired. The turkey is really a blank slate that you can play with the adjust the flavor profile.


Directions

Blend seasonings, vinegar and turkey into a bowl. Squish with fingers well to really combine. Cover and let sit for a minimum of 1 hour, preferable over night to really let the flavors meld. The next day form the meat into 12 even patties, round and thin and brown in either a pan with a little oil or a non-stick pan for 4-6 per side until done. Enjoy!
