Introduction

Great for when you want your sausage n egg bagel but not all the calories that go with it. Great for when you want your sausage n egg bagel but not all the calories that go with it.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    2tbsp Maple Syrup
    1.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tsp Poultry seasoning
    .5 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

Allow the patties to cool a bit after cooking and use squares of parchment paper in between each to freeze and allow for quick and easy re-heating in the microwave.


Directions

Combine ground turkey, syrup, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl until completely mixed.

Divide into 12 balls (each will be around 79 or 80 grams) and flatten to desired thickness.

Heat a pan or griddle to medium high and after adding a little cooking spray, add patties. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes each side or until internal temperature is over 165F.
