These were delicious. I marinated over night in ff dressing. Used some orange and yellow peppers with the onion. Had friends over and they loved them too! Great recipe! Will definately keep this one! THanks! - 4/9/08

This is great, according to the calorie calculator this is correct. But this is for only 2 servings, not 4. A whole chicken breast is 250 calories by itself, then you add the dressing and veggies. I used ff italian and got 320 cal, 3.5 fat, 586 sodium per serving. - 3/27/08

All the calories are probably coming from the ambiguous way that SparkPeople has chicken breasts entered in its nutrition database. If you want to use what we CALL 'a' chicken breast, you really want to use '0.5' as the quantity in the tracker... 'Cause a whole breast has two halves! Make sense? :) - 2/21/08

Is it possible to use fat free dressing. Calories should not be this high if chicken is skinless. - 2/20/08

sounds yummy! but like a previous poster said, the calories look really high for just one serving. - 2/20/08

This sounds good but the calories seem high. I guess it probably depends on the amount of chicken you use. It would be great on the grill in the summer. - 2/20/08
