Ingredients

1 Tbsp Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp instant dried onion flakes
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb Pork Tenderloin-trimmed of fat
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees; combine bread crumbs and spices through pepper; rub all over the pork tenderloin.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a skillet; add pork and cook 3 minutes on each side;
In same pan-put pork in oven for 18 minutes or until center is cooked to 160 degrees.
Remove from oven-cover with foil and let sit for 5 minutes to finish cooking.
