Chicken Cordon Blue Recipes

My family loves Chicken Cordon Blue, but I just couldn't bring myself to make the orginial (it's way to high in fat). So, I set out to make it so that we all could enjoy it with no guilt. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did.

My version of this dish, it's great with grilled vegetables as a side dish

Quick, easy chicken cordon blue

A healthy chicken cordon blue recipe (only 200 calories)

WLS friendly chicken cordon blue. The chicken comes out moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The cheese is hot and gooey. Serve with a side of steamed veggies and melon for a very satisfying, high protein meal.

A great do-ahead, finish at the last minute in the oven item. Perfect for lunch. Serve with a thinned out Tomato/Marinara Sauce.

An easy quick meal. Kids loved it so much they had seconds.

Great Idea to put over noodles.

A serving size equals - 1 chicken cordon blue with 2 tbsp of sauce.
For the cornflakes I used Special K protein plus, which is lower in carbs & higher in protein.

Moist, tender chicken wrapped around ham and swiss - yummy and healthy!

originally from Cooking Light that's been adapted a little, a easy recipe for chicken cordon blue thats lighter than most and still tasty!

My daughter gave me this idea. Salt lover's may want to salt this dish but those on lower sodium. Personally I'll be adding some cayenne pepper next time. Large portion size at 6 servings. Tasty!
