Found this recipe in a cookbook I picke dup at a yardsale and changed some of the ingredients to healthier options. Found this recipe in a cookbook I picke dup at a yardsale and changed some of the ingredients to healthier options.

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
    2 Cups seasoned bread stuffing cubes
    4 Ounces Lean Ham slices
    1 Cup Finely Shredded Swiss Cheese
    1 Can (10 3/4 ounces) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions

Preheat oven to 325'F. Butter a 9" x 9" baking pan. In a medium skillet, melt butter. Add chicken and quickly fry over medium-hot heat until brown on all sides. Remove chicken from pan and set aside on a plate. (Chicken does not need to be completely cooked at this point.) Add stuffing cubes to skillet. Stir to absorb any remaining butter and juice. Place 3/4 of stuffing cubes in bottom of baking pan. Layer chicken, ham, and then cheese over stuffing. Top with soup. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake for 60 minutes.
