Too much sodium, not enough fiber, too many "points".
Over half a daily allowance of sodium per serving! Quick and easy for sure but really needs changes to make it healthy.
Too much sodium for me, I might try it with my homemade mushroom soup and low sodium ham if that doesn't put me over the top, sodium-wise.
