Ingredients

    1 each Chicken Breast, boneless, with or without skin
    Salt/Pepper to taste
    Vegetable oil, enough to brown the chicken breast.
    1 oz. Deli Ham
    2 slices Tomato
    1 oz Avocado slices or chunky Guacamole
    1 oz/slice Monterey Jack Cheese or Swiss Cheese


Directions

Preheat oven to 450F degrees.

Season a boneless chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Heat the vegetable oil in a saute pan and brown the chicken breast on both sides. If it is skin-on, brown the skin side first. Remove and allow to cool.
Top with slices of shaved deli ham. tomato and avocado (chunky guacamole can also be used). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with a slice of Monterey Jack or Swiss Cheese. This may be prepared to this point in advance, covered with plastic film and refrigerated.

Place the prepared chicken breast on a cooking sheet or pan and cook in a 450F degree oven for 12-15 minutes. The internat temperature should be 165F degrees.
